We are currently seeking part time persons to work as independent contractors performing commercial, homeowner, and insurance inspections.

Compensation and volume will depend on credentials, experience and ability.

Basic requirements include:

	Familiarity with buildings and related systems.
	35mm and digital cameras
	Computer skills and capacity e.g. Word processing and e-mail
	Reliable transportation, Map skills, Courtesy, & Common sense.
	Daylight weekday hours availability.
